CC3 Certification
21 September 2021One of our recent goals, inline with our drive for continual improvement, has been to achieve CC3 certification. We are proud to announce that we have achieved this goal! Chess now has certification from Steel Compliance Australia (SCA) for structural steel work fabrication compliance certificates AS 5131 CC3 and welding standards certification, AS/ NZS ISO 3834-2.
Over the years we have achieved several engineering certifications.
Chess Engineering is proud on achieving CC3 certification from Steel Compliance Australia (SCA) for structural steel work fabrication compliance certificates AS 5131 CC3 and welding standards certification, AS/ NZS ISO 3834-2 and is currently in the process of achieving CC3 installation.
Chess Engineering has previously achieved several other engineering certifications including ISO 9001 for quality management and AWI AS/NZS 5131 Structural Steelwork Compliance Scheme (CC3) and AWI AS/NZS ISO 3834 Welding Compliance Scheme (Part 2).
Chess has demonstrated that the systems we use gives clients confidence that we have the capacity and capability to achieve compliance with the relevant Australian Standards.
The CC3 certification establishes the correct level of quality and assurance controls to ensure the structure meets the engineer’s design assumptions and level of risk mitigation under obligations implicit in the Workplace Health & Safety Act.
